Precedence in Riversong
Identity design for a new phase of luxury living in the community of Riversong, Cochrane, Alberta. This identity had to fit within the two existing developments while representing the elevated and serene environmental benefits of this new phase.

The Logo
The incorporation of the cattail and river nod to the environmental attractions within this one-of-a-kind location.
The script nature of the font captures some similarities back to the family brand, with an elevated look + feel.
Precedence is the third community developed within Riversong on an escarpment overlooking the Bow River.
